Delivery
The estimated delivery time for all orders is ten to 14 days from the day we receive the order.
Returns
We offer free returns for customers based in the US, Spain, France, Brazil, the Netherlands, Israel, Poland, the UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Portugal.
Purchases made by customers outside of those jurisdictions do not qualify for free returns and you are responsible for incurring the cost of the return.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, your item will be eligible for a free return.
